Heats up easily in two I minutes in the microwave. I recommend turning it over after one minute for even heating. I like that I can tie it around any area of my body to keep it in place. I wish the cover was removable and machine washable.

It has been almost a year since I purchased this product and I have to say, it’s the best on the market. My wife uses it every day and it’s still just as amazing as the first day we used it. I would definitely buy another but I don’t think the one I have is ever going to quit. Edit: I have adjusted my stars review based on price, not product quality. I decided to purchase another, for me, however the price has more than doubled in less than a year. Sadly that won’t be happening.

This product is similar to going to a physical therapist and getting a nice comfy hot pack on your neck or back it’s wonderful it’s just the right size and it has a little weight to it that helps put a little pressure so it helps relieve the pain I’ve bought some for friends that’s how wonderful this product is you won’t regret it

Best heat pack I’ve used (with the exception of a hot water bottle that holds its heat extensively longer). Love the size, amazing coverage on lower back, stays secure to your body without falling down. I’ve used it 3-4 times a day the last 7 days since receiving it. Absolutely love it and have recommended it to family members who’ve since ordered their own!
The only downside is you’re not supposed to use it in a microwave higher than 1000 watts, on occasion when I’ve taken it out of the microwave it feels moist like it’s sweating, and lastly it doesn’t hold its heat for as long as I’d like (maybe 20 minutes) but I just frequently reheat it.

No instructions on paper cardboard in box, just trying to resell same item?
Only good and correct instructions on 2x tabs on product.
1. DO NOT USE ABOVE 1000 WATS MICROWAVE, mines 1100 panasonic, so I’d have to drop power to 9 (990watts).
2. Head for 2 mins , but we recommend 1 min per side. Then if not hot, do 30 sec intervals.
3. put it in a plate in microwave (no mench o if a microwave proof plate needed?) Lawsuits anyone.
4. Max time in microwave heating is 3 minutes (MAX), probably to stop burning, fire.
No mench of putting a microwave cup with some water in to help, heat, protect product.
Iv come across only 1 other product , that menchines, that.
1. Add 250ml water in a microwave cup, with wheat bag, do this 9 out 10 time, to protect bag, the 10th time, don’t use the water, but reduce your time by 40% to help dry out bag.
Doing this my mum been using different wheat bags for 11 plus years.
She now forgetfull, and did her old one (ebay), for 3min 30 sec, (no water), and burner a 3cm part (missing now) on one of the straps.
I got this for here, but SHE FUSSY, as a NOTE this is MUCH , heavier than old one, to it much weight for her shoulder, and she says the sticking is to close together, making the bumps uncomfortable, vs her old one that was 5cm apart.
So it’s being returned. (Never used).
but it explains why many people are killing them in your microwave.
The water should help cool it down, but moisture will build up so do it 1 out if 10 times, at 1/2 power.
(My mum bed using a 1100 watt panasonic microwave, for 20 years (3x models now). No damage been done to wheat bags, when water in with it at 1100watts.
Except for 1vwheat products, no other menchines water etc…
(I found on google information too).
They want it yo be destroyed, so you buy a new one (like most products design to fail).
So just heads up on the water thing. If you did not know.
P.s if bag is hot, still hot, let it get cool, or reduce time in microwave by 50% less.
I gave my mum 2x bags, to swap around , but she’s killed 1(7 years old by putting time 33min) (instead she ment 3, min 30 sec), which is still to much.
And last one a few days ago, 3, 30sec, no water.
Stick to 2 min, etc depending on power level, n reduce to under 1000watts.
It’s well made, and can fit on big people (tie around your waste), not really to move around (velcro better).
But it’s heavy, may cause pain I your shoulder, (hole point of heat pack).
P.s in Australian design, like all things made I china.
To the makers, add a paper instructions, READ ME BEFORE USE recommend.
Noting 1000w limit, time limit, recommend time based o microwave wattage chart.
Add the water option, help stop burning units, as thry are new.

The product is soft, comfortable to wear. I’ve used other heat packs for my neck and shoulders, always having to hold them in place. This is perfect it stays where you want it the wrap is long enough to use where you need it. Filling is not to heavy like gel packs and has a pleasant aroma. Love it!

Bought this for my lower back & shoulder. So happy I got it. The material is soft, it covers a good portion of my lower back and I love how it covers the curve in the neck when on the shoulder. Also that you can tie it if you need to move around & want to keep it there.

I ordered this for my partner because he has debilitating lower back pain and heat therapy helps him so i wanted to get him something more convenient than a hot water bottle.
I’m really pleased with it, the fabric is so soft and cozy. covers a large area which is really soothing, and the tie is helpful as you can wear it to bed without it falling off. it’s thin enough to lay down on and wear around the house, isn’t uncomfortable to wear at all, it’s surprisingly light and moulds to your body well. seems to be of good quality and is very well designed. I heated it up for 2 minutes in the microwave and it was the perfect temperature.
definitely worth buying, will be buying another for myself. I chose “same day delivery” and it arrived within 12 hours which was super impressive.
