An item I bought came with a cable with USB Type C connectors at both ends. I used the adaptor to connect into one end to make it a USB Type A connector which allowed it to be plugged into a USB Type A charger

Bought new iPad only to find all my other tech only has USB sockets not USB-C as the iPad now has. Looked on Amazon to find these well made, compact little adapters available in a few colours to solve the problem. Had already fitted a new 13amp socket with integral USB sockets in white and bought two of these in white, one for the 13amp socket and one to use with the PC. Now all good to go and problem solved.

Having bought extension leads with added USB ports, I now find that new electronic products are being supplied with Type C to Type C cables! Not prepared to renew sockets and leads in the house so found that these are the perfect solution.
No noticeable degradation in charging speed, well manufactured, small and neat. Couldn’t be better.

Brilliant, cheap solution for Apples pathetic attitude toward providing a charger for my Wife’s Apple Watch. If you go onto the forums, Apple states use your existing charger…..how? Existing chargers are USB A not USB C so I was not a happy bunny. Why can’t Apple supply one of these converters? Total rip off by a trillion dollar company.
