My daughters hair is so soft and less tangle compare to before using the product.
Usually her hair after swimming would be so rough and tangled. Happy that I found this product. She’s never getting into the pool without it anymore

so far it does appear to be helping to keep the chlorine build up at bay – just been using it for a week and my hairdresser noted that there is just a little build up – but it really helps with the detanglement too. Would recommend.
Update – am now on my third purchase of this product – I believe it really helps as a pre swim protector – I don’t wear a cap as the just slip up – I swim three times a week and am in the pool for up to 2 hours most times – I use a vitamin C spray afterwards and then a clarifying shampoo and very good conditioner and my hair is keeping up! I did experimentally not use the aquaguard and noticed the difference in my hair after drying it. so shall keep on using it

I use this several times a week when I go swimming. I wet my hair up in the shower first, then smooth this through my from about 2″ from the roots to the ends, then pin my hair up and put on a swim cap. 35 to 40 minutes later, get out of the pool, jump in the shower and rinse. It leaves my hair feeling really soft and smells lovely as well.
I do shampoo with a swim shampoo and then spray on argon oil and comb through.
Excellent product, would highly recommend. Will be purchasing more when it is back in stock!

Doesn’t make any difference. Have tried lathering on A LOT of it but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. I am using it in the ocean whilst surfing and have my hair tied into a tight bun.

This does the job really well. When I’m in the salt water and chlorine after swimming I just rinse my hair with clean water. No need to shampoo , my hair is soft and shinny 👌

This has been such a god send for my hair. You put it in your hair before you swim and then it washes out of your hair when you shower. Now my hair doesn’t get as dry and damaged from the chlorine

I don’t know if this product protects from the chlorine or merely conditions the hair so much so that it’s like I never soaked my hair in chlorine for an hour at a time. It not only leaves it so soft but it doesn’t frizz as much and it’s so much more manageable. This product gets a SIX star rating. Never have I been so pleased with a product!

This does work to protect hair, especially bleached hair. I put it on my hair then put my cap on, I swim for 3hrs at a time and it helps to look after my hair. Fed up of the price going up nearly 100% which makes it poor value when swimming 5 days a week though. Unfortunately I can’t find a product as good as this though at the moment.

Recently went on holiday and it was very hot. I was concerned my hair, which is bleached blonde would get damaged by the chlorine in the pool. This was so easy to use and you can use on dry or wet hair. However I did find it better if my hair was damp before I used it. No chlorine damage for me and my hair felt soft and in pretty good condition. I did buy the double pack but only used about half a tube at the most on a 2 week holiday. It is quite pricey to some of the other sprays I have used but as its a cream you dont need to use too much.

Got to the pool, squeezed some out and began putting it on my hair. First thing that hit me was the smell, nit unpleasant, a strong marzipan scent, I love marzipan, but having a son with anaphylactic nut allergies it prompted me to check the ingredients. Sure enough, almond oil.
I wasn’t swimming with my son that day, but I was swimming with a friend who also has a nut allergy, and knowing how serious breathing in the scent or the allergen even touching the skin can be for those with serious allergies, I then proceeded to shower it all off before getting in the pool.
What if I hadn’t known, and someone else in that pool had a nut allergy that sensitive?
People without loved ones with such serious allergies will likely scoff. Unfortunately multiple ambulance rides with my young child in anaphylaxis from TRACE amounts of nuts in ‘may contain’ products or touching objects others who’ve handled his allergens have alao touched leaving no visable trace, has created an awareness in me of just how sensitive allergies can be.
I’m really not sure how this could have passed any public health and safety checks, being a product not intended solely for personal use, as I’m guessing the majority of those using it will be swimming in a public pool rather than their own private one.
