Impressed with this quality adapter
Many cables nowadays are USB-C connector on both sides, while the chargers and some old devices still using usb A port. Then you will need this adapter to convert a type c cable to a normal one. I buy this adapter for my phone. This tiny USB c female to USB male adapter is exactly what I am looking for. It solved my problem perfectly. I tried it on power bank and USB A port in the car. Although this adapter do not support fast-charging as it described but it works great. I also plugged it on my laptop to sync photos and files from phone, data transferring is stable and fast.
They are so compact and portable. I can keep them connected on my cable, laptop and bring to everywhere, like using the car charger and USB A port in some public area.

If like me you’ve just upgraded your phone and discovered the cable the phone comes with is USB C to USB C then these are great. Nothing (literally nothing) I own uses USB C apart from the new phone and so a cable with that connector on both ends is about as useful as an underwater hairdryer. So after spending £20(!) on a plug from the phone manufacturer to allow me to actually charge the new phone I wondered how I will plug it into the car (for Android Auto) and discovered these. These do the job perfectly, small but strong and robust feeling and the USB C cable fits in snugly without any wobble. For the price I would definitely recommend and having 3 gives the flexibility to leave them plugged in to the places you might want to use them like a car/PC USB socket or even an old charger plug. I must say I haven’t tried them on an old charger so I can’t say for certain if this will work but I can’t see why it wouldn’t.

I ordered this item as I have recently taken out an SSD Drive from my old iMac and fitted it into a USB C Drive Enclosure. I can then plug the SSD drive into my new iMac using the USB C port just fine, but I also have a MacBookPro which is older and does not have USB C ports. Therefore this product was ideal as I can now use the drive on my laptop too using a conventional USB port. The product itself look good, small, neat and compact. Well packed and speedy delivery. Worked first time on my laptop and I even have 2 more as spares. Would buy again from Syntech.

Ich habe die Adapter für eine Logitech Streamcam bestellt. Diese hat einen USB-C Anschluss. Beim Anstecken kommt sofort die Meldung, dass die volle Bildrate aufgrund fehlendem USB3 nicht unterstützt wird. Grund ist, dass die Adapter nur USB2 können. Ich habe daraufhin den Artikeltext noch einmal genau gelesen. Überall wird mit voller Kompatibilität usw geworben. HDMI usw. werden nicht unterstützt. Das findet man auch im Text. Genauso müsste man auch finden, dass USB3 nicht unterstützt wird. Nur an 2 ganz kleinen Stellen steht USB2.0 Kompatibiltät. Für mich ist das absichtliche Täuschung. Klar, bei sehr genauem Lesen sieht man es, ich hätte aber gar nicht damit gerechnet, dass ein USB-C Adapter kein USB3 kann. Für mich (Anschluss Webcam und Anschluss Monitor) sind die Adapter so nicht zu gebrauchen. Ich überlege noch, ob die Adapter aufgrund des geringen Preises zurücksende.

If you have bought a 2021 iPad Air, like I have, you’ll have discovered that they no longer have lightning ports, but USB C instead. The power brick that comes with the device is also USB C rather than regular USB, so all your old chargers have suddenly become redundant. Well, not any more! This little device acts as an adapter so that you can plug your new charger cable into an older style USB to mains iPad charger and it works beautifully! Now I can plug in for Zoom sessions (as they drain the iPad battery pretty quickly) without having to schlep the cord and charger up and down the stairs as we can now have a cable on both floors, removing a potential trip hazard. This 3 pack of adapters are a simple but very effective solution! Thank you for making life so much easier!
