Full disclosure, I have a larger than average, but not giant head (which depend whose opinion you get on the matter), and so it isn’t always easy finding really comfortable headphones. Tried a pair of JBL with great sound but actually ended up fitting my 11 year old daughter better than me. These are not huge, but also not rigid enough to be limiting size wise. I think most anyone could find the comfortable. Now, what really matters, the sound is great, I have a standard trio of songs that I use to test any speaker or headphones (Black Magic Woman by Santana, Take Five by Dave Brubeck, and St. Jimmy by Green Day) and each came through with the nuances of sound that makes each track great. Very happy with the quality of sound and fit is great. I don’t think these are water resistant at all, so I will stick to my Pixel Buds for exercise, but I travel a lot and these will definitely be my go-to headphones for that.

I used the predecessor 510 for about a year…The CH 520 sounds better…has an amazing 50 hours battery life and sony has upgraded the padding on the earbuds and head strap… wonderfully comfortable and I personally dont like over the ear headphones…Excellent upgrade…sound levels very good…would highly recommend

Sound quality is top notch.

The sound quality is really good. The only thing is that it is uncomfortable to wear for an hour+ because your head has some pressure. The headphones don’t go over the ears so there is no noise cancellation. ANYONE can your your music!

Good quality products for the price and arrived on time..

The headphones arrived very quickly and are great for the price! Easy to use, good quality sound and comfortable. They aren’t 100% noise cancelling but do block out a significant amount of ambient noise, and also don’t fold down so can be a bit bulky. Great for using in the office and around the house. Much better than my last pair from another brand that were double the price!

Sony required an account to load software to use the headphones. I created an account, and still after loading whatever they needed, never was able to pair with my iphone. Was able to pair on Windows one time, but all the software needed to get these working is a pain. I never owned a Blue Tooth Device that required additional software. Really liked the headphones. I am going to return them today. The software they wanted downloaded was proprietary and features Sony’s patented enhancements. More trouble than they are worth. I have owned Sony wired headphones for years.

I’ve been listening to these for less than a week, and they’re one of the more neutral sounding headphones I’ve tried, regardless of type. The bass is well defined, with a decent sense of weight, but not overly prominent. Highs just sparkle, without being splashy. Voices sound natural. The phones are fairly light and comfortable to wear, although the spring tension is a little firm. I did not download the Sony Headphones Connect App, as these Bluetooth phones connected to my smartphone and PC without any problem. I consider the app as optional. Too soon to comment about battery life; however the 50 hour rating is fine. Overall, I think these are a pretty good set of wireless cans for the price. I’d buy them again.
