does the job to help u progress. not sure about the angles tho if i would be better off with a more straight pushup bar but i cbf finding out cus this one is alright, so i think u cna get either a bit of decline or incline with these ones.
btw they are not metal like the answer said and the seller told me it can handle around 200lb weight….

Very helpful to transverse bending the elbow to the body down to close the ground, tightens the abdominal keeping the body in a straight line very helpful for home work out

Uniquely designed that enables a good grip for deep push ups. Its extremely light weight and very reasonably priced. Quality appears to be good (and safe), but will have to see how it performs over time.

This thing does the job perfectly. It is not thin plastic, more like PVC pipe. Bought for wrist health and deeper push ups. I have small hands and the foam is just fine as grips.

I have used some other Push up bars but before, But this one is preety good compare to them because they are bit tilted so it doesn’t hurt wrist while performing push ups and other different exercises.
Quality has been good so far. I personally found it quite useful and also gonna recommend to some of my friends.

Used this week for burpees/pushups and grip on bottom kept slipping which could cause wrist injury. Needs much better grip if not using on already gripping surface. Also every time put any weight on them it felt like they were going to snap (FYI I only weigh 80kg).

This super easy to put together and its sturdy. Makes doing pushups fun again definitely recommend it!
