I got these as recommended by my physio. I am not sure if they were right for me. As I am now having problems with aching shins . Maybe I should have got lighter ones than I was advised to get. . They are comfy to wear, and do not slip when exercising. They are easy to fasten and do not cause any soreness.

This is my 3rd set of ankle, wrist weights. There’s are the most comfortable.
I have used them when doing P90X Kenpo X at least ten times so far, and Core Synergisics. Lots of kicking and punching, movement if not for the fact they are weights I would not know I was wearing them. So far the stitching has held up, lets hope it continues.
Can definitely recommend these weights, I will be purchasing 2kg next. Happy with product.

I like that the weight (iron sand) is fully enclosed and spread evenly across the product. The black inner side fabric is soft and gentle on skin. I do not use these the way they are intended. As a chronic pain sufferer, I’m using them therapeutically by laying them on parts of my body for calming and for slight resistance when breathing and opening painful areas.

The wrap is comfortable length for wearing on wrists but a bit too short for ankles. Still wearable, but not very secure and shift around the leg. The weights (1kg) is challenging enough for me for now. The quality of the wraps is good.

Perfect weight for using on my ankles. They have strengthened
my legs. I keep them on all day and take them off in the evening. Excellent product.
