I love this product. Perfect for Pilates workouts. The only downside is the plug that sticks out

Fortunately we purchased two of these. If we had not, we would have been left with one ball with no stoppers to stop it deflating.
Since contacting the seller, the service provided was exceptional and quickly resolved.

I can stand on one no problem( besides balance) an I’m 65kg so they are strong
Only issue is you got to be super fast to switch from the straw you blow it up with an the plug or it goes flat
