Item is not working properly, it seems used before

I was so disappointed in this, I bought this for myself to travel, so my mistake was not trying it right away. When I finally did try it, the disappointment I felt was depressing…. This is expensive, pretty, but doesn’t feel well built compared to the trimmer. This also doesn’t cut or takes forever to really cut hair…. It’s like watching grass grow trying to get this to cut all of the hair, it just doesn’t cut well at all….
When it doesn’t cut, it doesn’t pull hair which is good, but it just doesn’t cut to the point where you will have no hair at all, and it has to be used in different angles and you have to go over the same spot more than 3 times in order for it to cut…
If you have all the time in the world to cut your nose hair, then this is the one for you, but just don’t expect a really good cut of the hair I’m your nose.
Did I get a bad one? Possibly, but from the reviews many others are saying the same thing, and for the price, quality control should be on point.
And it’s true what a few other reviewers have said, their customer service will tell you that they do not warranty this product if bought from Amazon which doesn’t make sense at all….
