Honestly thought this was marketing hype, but have found it really improved my sleep due to the black out effect and the mental “interrupt” that taking it off in the night introduces. Previously I used to sleep poorly, and then browse for hours on my phone in the wee hours. I’ve since purchased the cooling eye cups, and the pro version which is said to be better for side sleepers. I’m going to give this one to my husband.

The mask arrived promptly and was well packaged- I am trialling it during a stay in hospital (they always leave lights on) and it has been very effective and comfortable. I think the wider one might have been even better as it might have helped keep my ear plugs in

Game changer for good sleep. In love with these. Take a little getting used to as a side sleeper at first but so much better than any other eye mask ive had.

Adjustable eye cups allow user to adjust the fit of the eye mask. Can be slightly fiddly to get a perfect fit for complete blackout but once the fit is achieved it doesn’t need to be changed.

You can adjust the eye cushions to make sure it works for you and so there is not hard pressure on your eyes while gaining full darkness.
The soft Velcro strap on the back allows you to tighten it to the right pressure for a comfortable sleep.
Highly recommend for light sleepers and travel.

I do night shift. This is the best thing I ever purchased to help me sleep during the day. I can open my eyes with them on and it’s pitch black. Love.

I had tried a few of the cheap sleep masks and have never found one that worked right.
My doctor suggested I try a Magna Sleep Mask as she uses one. We both suffer terrible insomnia.
Initially, I was a bit taken back by the price. I’m on a fixed income and it’s fixed pretty low. My husband told me that I won’t know what it’s like until I spend the money, so I did.
I’m glad I did. This mask is comfortable with a capital C. Not being used to wearing anything on my face, it took me about a week to get used to having something covering my eyes and to stop pulling it off in my sleep because I couldn’t see anything. Now I use it wheneverand where ever I sleep.
I was surprised to read on here that it wasn’t suitable for side sleepers. I haven’t had any issues sleeping on my side. The mask moves with me as I change sides during the night.
I have long hair. The mask never gets caught in my hair.
I have various and sundry allergies to man made materials. This mask didn’t cause itching, sores, rashes etc.
The only one problem I have with the mask now is that I have recently started a CPAP trial. I have found that I can’t wear a full face mask or one the covers the nose. Both masks are too big to fit on my face together. I can wear a CPAP mask with just the nasal prongs and an elastic “briddle”. The elastic fits nicely under the Magna eye peices and head strap.
I’d highly recommend this mask to anyone with sleep issues.

Get the newer improved version with better side sleeping design. This one is top notch in terms of light blockage but uncomfortable and light friendly when sleeping on the side.

Honestly, I’ve never found a sleep mask to be more effective than this one. My needs are to have FULL blockout of light and this design is superior to anything else I’ve used. The ‘cups’ are just like the foam cups on headphones. They fit over your eyes and you can even open your eyes without discomfort. The velcro strap lasts beautifully and I’ve washed my mask many times in the washing machine to no detriment.
I use mine at home, in hotels, on planes, anywhere I sleep. Lightweight, easy to pack, easy to clean, always reliable, top notch.
