This is a Lego dried flower set with 812 pieces aimed for the adult target audience.
Things I liked:
– split design so 2 adults can build independently
– good quality lego bricks
– realistic flower design
Overall, the finished results can be displayed around the house as a decorative piece.

I was pleasantly surprised by this kit. The Botanicals range from Lego has never really appealed to me but this looked like a more fun take on the idea. It is really clever how standard pieces have been repurposed to help you make a rather Autumnal looking floral display piece. The only pieces I came across that I have never seen in a kit before (and I’ve built a LOT of Lego) are the outer petals for the rose.
The build is a little fiddly and I did have a few instances where bits fell off whilst trying to attach a section to the base. This was particularly with the sprigs of white flowers as they are little towers of green cylinders and I found that it was all too easy to catch the flowers and knock them off. Probably just down to me being a clumsy, sausage fingered fool but they do need a bit of care. Most of the background foliage is mounted with ball and socket joints so there is a degree of posability.
Part of the build is to put two loops in so that you can wall mount the piece. To be honest I wouldn’t recommend wall mounting as Lego is a complete dust magnet and I can only imagine the cry of despair when you knock bits off during dusting and they disappear under furniture.
In the clear instruction manual (there are 2 for this build – 1 for the right hand side and one for the left hand side) it advises you can get 3 of the kit and build a wreath. Each kit also comes with a small build for a right angled bit that allows you to join these sections together to make the wreath.
I will only be building the one and I have to admit it looks good in the middle of a small table in the bedroom. Certainly better than a dried flower display and no worries about pollen from live flowers setting my hay fever off.
This was a great build and although I split it over a couple of days I really enjoyed getting it all set up. Great use of pieces (the propellers for the large maroon flower and the minfigure epaulettes for the small orange flowers get a particular shout out).

This is a decent build at 812 pieces. It comes with a very clear and comprehensive instruction booklet which is easy to follow. It looks great once built and can be used as a decorative item.
It is great quality and the price is reasonable and comparable to other products on the market.

The construction of this incredible Lego flower arrangement was a lot of fun. My younger years were brought back to life as I worked through the activities described in two excellent books that contained illustrations that were both clear and exact.
It was quite easy for me to keep track of where I was in the process because the Lego parts were carefully packaged in seven different individual clear bags. In addition to that, there were some extra pieces included in the package (yay!). Just in case I needed them.
It took me a little under 5 hours to finish the full arrangement, which is quickly becoming my new favorite way to pass the time.
After a stressful day at work, I found the procedure to be really therapeutic and peaceful, and as a result, I’ve already chosen the pieces for my next set.
The colors are stunning and wonderfully autumnal; in fact, they are so autumnal that they almost made me want to make a pumpkin spice latte and get into the spirit of autumn completely.
On the other hand, I’ve opted against mounting it on the wall since I want to show it off to the members of my family and friends who share my passion for Legos.

I got this Lego set for myself, and was looking forward to building it as I so enjoy joining in with Lego-building when my children do some. However, my 7-year-old’s eyes lit up when he saw it, and I said he could do the first couple of pages… Fast forward about 2 weeks, and I think we’ve all had a go! He did the most though, as he is the Lego expert in our household. He said it was a lot more difficult than all the other Lego sets he’s done, and in fact when I had a turn, I found the instructions weren’t so easy to follow as with other Lego the children have had. Definitely an adult kit, even though my little boy did the majority of it!
At £41.99 (at the time of reviewing), it is quite expensive, but pretty typically-priced for Lego. It did provide many hours of entertainment, the quality is great (as Lego always is!) and it looks really stunning in the middle of the table, now that it’s finished. I liked that there are different options for how you want to display it at the end, but we went for the standard one, and are really pleased with that.
Overall, recommended. Make sure you have plenty of time and patience though (or a 7-year-old!).
