I was so hopeful of this product since it had nice reviews. My lips have turned really dry for some reason few months ago and I’ve tried a number of lip balms and butters but none of it worked like I wanted them to. I had high expectation from this one since it’s korean and really pricey for a lip mask. I am so disappointed. My 300 rs lip balm works better even 40 rs himalaya lip balm works better than this one . I would never recommend it . I’ve been using it for over 2 weeks but there’s no result and the worse thing is it ruins my natural pinkish red lip color to dirty purple color after I remove it in the morning. Such a waste of money.

Lip balm arrived unsealed and the lid popped open when I tried to take it out of the box. I applied this product for 1 week every night, and felt no improvement on my lip hydration. Sometimes when I woke up, my lips felt drier and uncomfortable. After the 7th day I returned to my previous lip balm and felt an immediate difference. Not recommended.

This product is wonderful. I read several reviews before ordering that were not very good but I ordered it anyway. The product comes with a tiny silicone applicator and can be washed to keep the product clean. You need the smallest amount of product. A little goes a long way. It goes on thick BUT it doesn’t feel thick or heavy or creamy or sticky. There is a faint smell of berries. I don’t like any scents as I get headaches and there is no smell after you apply it. This is not meant to be a “lip smacker” where it tastes like food. It’s sheer/and feels so light on your lips. Apply it just as you go to bed and it’s there in the morning too. Smooth and I love it!

Its totally a fake product, the container looks genuine but the product inside is just like some cheap lip mosturizer which you can get under rs 50 in the market. I am very very disappointed , far from my expectations. Nykaa apps will be a better option to buy if you insist to have this product.

Only after receiving this product did I read the reviews thoorughly and see that some people were getting counterfeit products.
This is my first experience with this brand, so I’ve no idea if mine is fake or not. The mask comes in a little cardboard box, which was wrapped in plastic. The box has a little security seal thing on the side (see pic), and was neatly packed with an instruction sheet, and the sweet little silicone applicator in a sleeve. It was all very neat and tidy.
The balm itself has a sweet berry scent that is mildly flavoured. It does have a slightly sticky feel to it, and it’s smooth and easy enough to apply with the silicone applicator. By morning, the mask has been absorbed. I didn’t have terrible lips to begin with (so there was no dramatic wiping off of dead skin), but this balm has definitely made them softer.
Did I get a fake? I don’t know. I did apply a bit of the mask to a piece of paper and left it overnight – it did leave a grease halo, so draw your own conclusion. I do know I like the product I received. You only need a little of the balm, so this jar will last for years.

I am a devout LANEIGE lip mask fan. This is NOT as good as the other flavours. I have had the vanilla and grapefruit from Sephora and they are thick and creamy and leave my lips moisturized. I had to double check that I didn’t accidentally buy a dupe after using this. The texture is different and my lips are worse off than before each time I use this. Not sure if it’s just the flavour but definitely did not like this one as much as my others! Disappointed!
