I chose this printer based on reviews from other Amazon users. The printer arrived very quickly from Amazon and was easy to set up. Print quality is excellent and the screen provided on the printer yet is easy to use. Little concerned about ink useage as I haven’t printed much as yet and the application is saying low ink. Seems excessive so I will keep an eye on this.

The touchscreen id too small to do anything on with my big fingers. However much is available through the software you MUST install. We still have a HP6520 – nice screen and after 10.000 prints still going well. This same printer was offerd on ebay for $399 !!! A4 photo absolutely clear and detailed (4me) – speedy printing – even with photo. I love it – so far. Does one still need a fax?? Set up was bit tricky — the printer – connected – was not found by the hp smart app – it always wanted to use the HP6520. Nice machine for the price —for me!!

This printer is misleadingly listed in “Laser Printers” in Amazon, while in fact it’s ink jet printer. It does it’s job well for ink jet printer though.

However, just 1 month after the warranty expired the printhead failed (AU$250 to replace). This is a trash product that you should not buy. Ink costs AU$267 Printhead replacement costs AU$250 Printer cost $300 (at the time of purchase)
Simple maths says to throw it in the bin and never buy HP again

This printer is ok but the older ones are better. It makes you uses this program called HP Smart but its anything but smart. Its a nightmare. And I’m fairly tech savvy! I cant simply touch screen and scan to computer anymore. I have to open HP Smart from the computer and click click click to scan, many more steps, time consuming, frustrating.
