I used the watered down glue to stretch a canvas; making a milky consistency and painting it onto the canvas that has been secured to a frame. As it dries it tightens the canvas, ready for painting with acrylics!

No doubt this is great wood glue, the issue I had was that there is dried glue in the cap and stem of the bottles, I ordered 5 and they are all the same. It’s kind of tricky to remove which is why I gave it 3 stars not 5. I ordered from Australia to be sent to me in New Zealand so it’s cost prohibitive to send the other 4 bottles back.

Great wood glue, flat nozzle helps to direct the glue where you need it, easy clean up – excellent bonding when using clamps.

purchased from Amazon AU for AU$8.50 in Oct 2022. i make compact stools and shelves. the glue is strong. consistency is a little too runny for me; so, i need to clamp glued sides horizontally. easy to wipe with damp squeegee while not yet set; easier than trying to sand it after it’s set, because it’s somewhat “gummy”.
