This printer does not do AirPrint. which means you can’t easily print from any apple product. You have to use the Epson app which is cumbersome and awkward to use. Crazy. Epson have cheaper printers that do airprint, they have more expensive printers that do airprint, they even have same price printers that do airprint, but not this one!
Have just set this up and it’s basically a boat anchor. In a house full of Apple products, like most families, this is useless. Am not going to load the Epsom bloatware app onto every product.
The ink part is very cool I will give it that.
The ET-2820 has AirPrint and it’s basically the same model and you can get it for the same price on special. Am so annoyed. Can’t send it back of course.

This printer has been little but trouble for the 10 months I’ve had it. Bothersome to set up. The print heads need to be cleaned before every use and now the wifi connection has failed rendering it useless for working from a computer or visa versa. Waste of money.

Nice looking printer. Setup was not easy – had to call support to fix driver issues. Printing is now quick but decent quality. Ink easy to fill etc. Biggest downside for me was that it doesn’t support AirPrint – I assumed that was standard now. You have to use an app to print via a smart device.
