This is a really well made roller. The needles are quite long, so if you don’t have a high pain tolerance then I would reccomend a skin numbing cream, or choosing a roller with shorter needles.
Hygiene is key, so I just washed my face, cleaned my roller, and watched a video on how to do it properly. I put on a hydrating sheet mask afterwards which I had left in the fridge, and that felt great.
You need to really protect your skin afterward, by avoiding the sun, and putting on a HIGH SPF sunscreen. I wouldn’t put any makeup on for 24 hours.

I have been doing skin needling treatments for a while. I was introduced to skin needling treatment in a beauty clinic and the rescult was amazing! But the cost is really really high! Then I started to buy rollers online and use it with serums I bought, as my daily care routine. I bought it from several major sellers from US and UK. It was a long wait though. Then I found similar rollers in AU amazon and it’s quite the same.
To be honest, most of the dermarollers online I believe are from same several manufacters, just with different fancy packages, then they make it with really high cost. This one I bought, from my experiences ,are with the highest value. It definately with highest quality standard, as the plastic is really shinny and smooth, very solid, no squeaky noise. The needles are clean without a grain of dust . Some rollers I bought back and found needles attaching with wool or cotton or some type of floccule? I think? That shows the roller wasn’t made in a clean place. But this one, I fell in love!!!!!!!!! I will definitely re-purchase as the needles will get dull after 2 weeks with daily use.

My good friend has been concerning his bare mustache area for like, over several years. His brother had bought him a pack of beard growh kit including serum, growth oil and some other stuff from Amazon before, but nothing in the “growth oil” help him grow the beard. But needles are believed the right measure to do a anti hair-loss treatment, just to buy a effective growth serum.
He turn to their dermatologist, and they recommended him to buy just in local drug shops. So everyone, SKIP the beard pack, just buy a roller! 0.3-0.5 mm is easy to use, and painless. Very solid handle and rolling. Good product.

The title of this item clearly fool us by lying with two factors:
1)504 written everywhere to fool us as a name as if it was a 504 stainless steel while it is NOT but a 304 stainless steel (writing in a single line at the bottom)
2) it is definitely NOT a silver coated (after verification on lab..), this are in fact even obvious when you receive the box and suddenly magically does not appear anywhere mentioned or written the silver option ( and neither the “504”).
This seller make twice the price for a lower quality item as if it was compared to the competitors product using 504 stainless steel needles.
I am sick of there sellers who barely legally (not to say illegally) sell and advertising what is actually not.
I am going to report this seller and hope this will be immediately impact negatively this way of selling. As clearly not ok and not fair to sell on Amazon portal what is not…

I hadn’t used a dermaroller before so I was a bit nervous. But this is a great roller ti start on. It doesn’t hurt, but you can feel that it’s doing its job. And it comes in a great storage case that makes it easy to look after it. Will definitely be buying another once the needles start to get dull
