Using it for basic pruning, ideal for this, good chain speed, easy to handle, good price.
To keep the other hand away from the chain , a screw in handle at right angles to the unit would be handy.
Delivery of the unit was excellent, very quick, good communication.

Got it on same day delivery which is so great and the price is good compared to other ones. Don’t expect much but it worked on day one (I only have this for one day). Light weight, easy to use.

The only improvement I would make is the storage case, it’s fidly getting the saw back in the case after use.

Met my expectations. Battery was charged when received so could use it straight away. Was light enough to use one handed and was able to cut down a huge shrub in one go. Being a n almost 70 year old woman I was happy about that.
Had a few questions for the seller and they were answered promptly and were very helpful.
The only complaint was that the price went down the next week after buying.

I must say I was sceptical when I ordered it, considering the price and the inclusions of an extra chain and battery. While I have not had it for a month yet, I have used it very effectively to cut up a 3m bottlebrush (branches up to 100mm in dia), trim a cumquat tree, and trim branches off a pittosporium, all on the one battery. So far, the chain is still cutting as well as when I started. Re-tensioning the chain is very simple and so far I have done a minor adjustment twice. The chain requires regular lubrication as any chainsaw does, but not a lot is required. A bottle is provided to contain a small amount of chainsaw oil. I use Stihl chainsaw bar oil as I also have that product. So far I am very happy with the product as it is so simple to use, and comes with all the components in a handy carry case.
