It’s okay. Easy to set up but doesn’t hold well and shakes a lot. So when I am driving my phone is constantly wobbling and it’s distracting. Decided only to use it when I need my GPS on

I read the reviews and ordered for it, though I was not at all impressed when I opened the package. The adhesive part wasn’t protected by anything. Plastic looks cheap for the price of the product. The stand is not very steady, and becomes loose while setting the direction or angle. Also, connecting the cable with the phone for charging is not very convenient. I wanted to return the item being not happy and then I came to know about the no return policy for this item. Amazon was kind enough to refund full amount for the item with no return required. I have already ordered another car phone stand and once I received it, I am going to remove it.

I don’t like the grip of the phone holder. My phone is falling again and again. In start, I thought that I’m not doing in a right way but now it’s more than a month and it has the same grip issues.

Everything started to become very loose. If you don’t have a phone in, the clamp will start rattling as you drive, unless you close it completely. The whole thing started to swing from side to side, it’s really annoying when you have a phone in and it starts turning away. Suction won’t work anymore.

The suction lasted about 7 mins once I hit the road, but I was able to wedge it up between my dash and windshield to where it seems to stay ok.
I like that you can rotate it because that was the only way I woulda been able to use it in my car. 99 4runners weren’t made with cell phones in mind, so it hits the windshield if not turned landscape wise.
The screw holding it landscape did come loose once, making my phone flop over. But I was able to tighten it again and it seemed to stay.
All in all, better than trying to peek at Google maps while your phone is in the cup holder. But definitely not the best.

suction is good, extension and rotation is good, the only thing I don’t like is side switch to open the bracket, I used another one before that was having switch on back side which was much easier to open the cradle.

The only thing I dislike about it is sometimes once the weight of the phone is inside the slot it starts to very very slowly droop so you have to adjust it sometimes.

Product is working fine, but the only con is that adhesive is not very strong for the dashboard. It fell with few seconds after I put my phone in it. So after 3-4 attempts I decided to put it on front mirror and it’s suction power is really working well. It’s been a week now and I didn’t experienced any issues. Overall a good product but not very practical if you want to put it on your dashboard.
