Pretty good printer, but would be better with a document feeder and a bigger, clearer screen. Can be quite slow to get started for print outs from some devices on our network. Not as easy to set up as a similar Epson but in my opinion has better print quality and is more reliable on our network. Less software updates than Epson too, which seem endless in comparison to Canon. Easy to fill the ink tanks, and decent size paper storage.

This is by far the best printer I’ve owned! I was worried about spending a lot of money on a printer and having it disappoint me, but it’s definitely worth it. I haven’t set up the fax option yet, but the print quality is amazing so far. I bought it for my small business and I’m very happy I chose this one

I was so excited about this printer, I luv Canon & was happy to no longer have to buy expensive ink cartridges. Unfortunately it was a great disappointment. The main problem was the “pizza wheel” marks on glossy photos but many other things were annoying too. Likes: Mega Ink Tanks Set up Ok. Fast document printing.
Dislikes: Photos terrible quality Screen very small & difficult to navigate No ADF (which I knew about but discovered it is a problem, lesson learnt!) Photos very, very slow to print Scanning did not work from pushing “scan” button on the printer
I had read some bad reviews of this printer but hoped those things wouldn’t matter but they did. The photo quality was the deal breaker
Good news is Canon & Amazon were amazing at arranging the refund extremely easily.

It took a few attempts to get the printer to select the front paper tray. The computer print menu has two settings for paper selection and both needed to be ticked. The document feeder makes copying so easy. Print quality on A4 and photo paper is very good.
