Pros- value for money low cost printing
Cons-Two side printing is manual. Once the even sided pages have been printed, you need to manually flip the the half printed pages and put them back in the feeder tray.
Paper try doesn’t stay covered, hence paper need to be removed and tray closed when not printing to avoid printer getting dusty.

Arrived 1 day earlier than expected, replacement for 10 year old printer, I missread about manual 2 sided printing. Everything is working ok so far very simple to set up.

This low priced but very good Mono printer is ideal for those of us wanting a no-nonsense and budget priced Home printer that does not have the problems with Ink -Jet printers that clog with little use as going weeks without use. The Toner that Brother uses works every time as like the first time it was used..!! Printing costs are low compared to the Ink -Jet models..!! Recommended..!!

Although it is a little bulky and heavy, the design is sensible with an easy to carry built into the unit. However a disappointment when no USB cord provided!

Great printer, complete funcionality, brother software updates, it can scan to e-mail, scan to google drive, it does everything i would like it to do, you can find cheaper printers but you can find tonners for this printer very cheap overall it will be very cost-effective

The functions seem fine so far, but, the fact that the USB cable was not included in the package was so frustrating. I mean, the toner was included to make it easy to use but the cable which is one of the cheapest parts was not included. Annoying that I had to go out to get it.
