So I’ve owned 2 pairs of the previous iteration of these – the BeatsX – unfortunately they had a tendency to die just outside the 12 month warranty. The “Flex” are supposedly the new and improved version. Sadly, the sound quality has taken a big step backwards. Muffled sound with WAAAY too much boomy bass. I also don’t listen to music particularly loud, but I found I was having to crank these to almost 100% to get enough volume out of them.
Have since returned them for the Beats Studio Buds which are much better headphones all round. Spend the extra and get them. You won’t regret it.

Wear these constantly at work and whenever I’m out of the house. Easy to slip one in and take a call or listen to podcasts. Sound is good, not amazing but for the price and versatility they’re really a great product. If you put the larger sized rubber bits on they can be used for pretty effective noise quieting for loud environments too

I was expecting better for the brand. Instructions print are far too small to read, I needed to google how to use the headphones. Very easy to pair. I purchased the black and the controls are difficult to see. I expected to have a better sound quality. The price was good for the product quality. Overall I feel they are not quite suited for my needs.

They broke after three months! They just stopped charging and now I have to take them to be fixed, which is really annoying. I also think the sound quality is not even close to as good as my air buds, but they are still a useful design for when you need your headphones to stay put

I had bought the product 10 month ago and it stopped working. I went to claim the warranty but I was told the product sold date was 6 month before the date of purchase. I couldn’t claim the warranty
