I’ve been using Breathe right for years now from my local chemist; which work but are very expensive , almost $1 per strip. The sleep quiet strips work just as well at a fraction of the price and you get soooo many more strips. They also don’t leave a sticky residue on your nose and stay in place ALL night. I use these strips to open the air passage in my nose and allow for better breathing throughout the night . They help if you have allergies, nasal polyps, narrow nose passage or even when pregnant and you have trouble breathing due to inflammation and increased blood flow. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy them again once I’ve finished my 200 pack. 😉

Very embarrassing how these are packaged. Clearly they buy in bulk and take out some sheets and send in a freezer bag. The also don’t stick at all. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered the big batch of 200 and the strips come off in the middle of night. Very disappointed. The sample i ordered before was fine and worked

These hold on quite strongly in places, mainly over the top of the nose the ends not so much, but they don’t come off, they seem to do the job I require which is opening the nose to be able to breathe more easily at night…I have very narrow airways and a deviated septum and have had two RF ablations in both nostrils to help with the problem, not wanting any further surgery I decided to give to give these a try…
I ordered the medium but I think they are a bit smaller than the equivalent well know brand, however they are good value for the price.

Good product, minimal packaging. Occasionally one won’t stick properly but still much cheaper than buying from chemist….make sure your nose is oil free and they are fine.

I often have trouble breathing through my nose, particularly in the spring, and when I start getting sinus headaches, this type of strips has helped immensely. These guys are giving us amazing value, and I don’t need to ration the ability to breathe through my nose anymore. I have oily skin, but so far, I’ve had no problems with the adhesive. Plus it’s an Australian company. Gold medal from me.
