You can submit the link of any product you wanted, and purchasing agent will negotiate the lowest price with the merchant for you. We will present the offer to you via email for your consideration.
Usually within 1-3 working days, users can receive the offer with price and estimated delivery date via email. Time may vary for some products, our purchasing agent will get back to you as soon as we heard back from merchants.
Most goods purchased by purchasing agent are free shipping excluded large items. We are currently support POLi,Bank Transfer (free of charge), Alipay (real-time exchange rate payment), WeChat Payment (real-time exchange rate payment).
There will be a shopping receipt issued by 1day Gift. Our customer service will provide full details for pick up at store. Product warranty are provided by 1day Gift.
In the event that users need after-sales service due to quality issues, 1day Gift will provide after-sales service for the users throughout the process. The user responsible for cost of the delivery fees and mail the products back to the 1day.gift.
The products purchased from 1day Gift is non-refundable and non-exchangable once accepted the offer. We will only exchange or refund in the event of quality issue after inspection. User needs to mail the product back to the address we provided for inspection. Any postage related to the exchange will be charged to user account.
